Problem
Talent Acquisition needed a cohesive and flexible recruiting presence for Supply Chain career fairs. Materials lacked consistency, and the overall candidate experience felt disconnected from the brand. We wanted to create a consistent employee experience from recruiting to new hire onboarding.

Strategy

  • Built a versatile recruiting kit designed for adaptability across event sizes using the existing Employee Experience style guide.

  • Partnered with the LinkedIn team to align our new LinkedIn Life pages with physical materials.

  • Extended learnings to refresh onboarding, threading a cohesive experience across the employee lifecycle.

My Role

  • Led end-to-end development: sourcing, vendor management, design, production, and proofing.

  • Designed print and digital materials, booth displays, and templates for self-serve use.

  • Introduced a modular 3-panel stand adaptable for any booth space.

  • Collaborated with a CMS writer to create a supply chain recruiting brochure, guiding content accuracy.

  • Strengthened cross-company relationships and connected teams to avoid siloed work.

Impact
The kit was enthusiastically received, setting a new standard for Talent Acquisition recruiting efforts. Its success then expanded beyond Supply Chain into creating materials and kits for Global Recruiting used to recruit all new employees and interns.
